Applications

Bejmat is a living material. Each tile, handcrafted in our workshop, exhibits variations in shades and textures that contribute to its unique character. To enhance this end-of-series collection, we recommend careful attention to detail during installation.

Technical advice:

Shading:Before laying, mix tiles from different boxes. This essential step helps harmonize the subtle chromatic variations of the glaze across your entire surface.
Layout:The 5x15 cm format offers great graphic freedom. For a contemporary style, prioritize vertical or herringbone (chevron) laying. For a more timeless look, opt for an offset joint layout.
Grouting:We recommend a thin grout line (approximately 2 mm). The choice of grout color will alter the final appearance: a tone-on-tone grout for a unified surface, or a contrasting grout to highlight the rhythm of the layout.

Applications:

Walls:Ideal for kitchen backsplashes, shower walls, and accent walls.
Floors:Perfectly suited for bathroom floors or areas with moderate traffic (residential use).

Maintenance:
The glaze of our Bejmat tiles is naturally protective. Regular cleaning with a neutral soap is sufficient to preserve the shine and depth of the material.
